Poor Service
Only promotes to new customers, but old customers can continue to pay the full amount. I went to the customer service center in UpTown to change the television + internet package to a cheaper one (15. 50 AUD), now I have the package (internet + television for 19. 50 AUD), but I was given to sign a contract for two years. If I have been your customer for 8 years, do I have to sign up again for 2 years? In my opinion, changes can be made to the existing agreement. However, I do not offer a share price as for new customers (10. 50 AUD), but do offer a standard price. I decided to give up your services at the UpTown customer service center, but the service specialist told me that I can't give up! She informed me that I would be called on the phone, I had been waiting for a week, still no one was calling. How come a customer can't even opt out of your services?
