Poor service
11. In December, I placed the parcel in the parcel terminal, on December 12, it is said that the parcel was handed over from the terminal to the courier, but after that there is no further action. The shipment has been traveling from Melbourne to Melbourne for 9 days already! Communication with omnivu is not possible by calling all operators for busy hours, writing by email, website, facebook messanger there is no answer! I understand that the package is lost and people will be left without Christmas presents, but at least they would have answered the news! Never use an FedEx again, and bad feedback will travel far. I understand it's holiday time and covid 19, but the company had to take it into account and I deserve at least not to be ignored!
