Worst Service

The most horrible service it can be, all experienced, but so disgusting by the worker. Horrors... What do they get paid? About to be rude? Very disgusting, because imagine, you person call with a problem and kindly ask why there is no water - attack you: a what you want from me; what are you calling me - i don't know anything! Then the question arises - what are you doing there? Why in Melbourne water is the number 80002122 - so let the company call and receive in return: a what are you calling here? Mockery not service. Mocking people in a helpless situation, absolutely never welcoming.
