Calls are not connected I believe another number in the plan is having my calls forwarded to another phone to control whom I speak too. Calls from attorney and others are not received even though multiple attempts are made. Also someone is using my number with a different phone
Good help to start. But said they would call back and see if reset fixed problem but they never called back. By the way that did not fix it.
