22.05.2019 a friend and I walk through the shoe stores in shopping center Molj, looking for summer shoes for me and go to the store "Denmark". I like "Danish" shoe collections and usually shop there, in other supermarkets the sellers are usually kind and responsive, have never had any problems, but this time we are left very dissatisfied with the salesman's behavior . It was plk.16 and the store was completely empty, we were there only buyers and the seller - small in stature with black hair - did not look particularly busy, if not take the credit of another Seller. When my friend delivered her to help with another size that wasn't on display in the store, the seller had a facial expression as if she didn't know what was helping. She slowly went to the warehouse and brought the shoes, dropping them on the counter. When I measured that the shoes did not fit, I looked after the others and had to turn to the seller again to help with the size. Again, with an equally very dissatisfied facial expression, her tapes went to the warehouse and said that the size of mine was not there. When I help to look in the catalog to see if the nearest Danish stores are not my size, the seller replied that if the internet will go will look after 15 minutes, after some time again entering the store we realized that she had not watched at all, just delivered to the computer, moved the mouse and said that the Internet does not go. When I asked if I couldn't call a nearby store because we didn't want to waste time and gasoline for those shoes, she said it would take her too much time. All the time we spent at that shoe store (a half hour together), no other shoppers came in, and I thought it wouldn't be hard to call at at least one nearby store and ask. It would hardly take much time. In addition, the store employee showed us with all her behavior that the store did not need customers. I myself have been working in the field of service for 6 years and I have never allowed myself to talk to customers in such a way and with such a facial expression, they still take into account that the customers did not take into account. If a person is not able to communicate normally with others and perform their job responsibilities, I think he has nothing to do in this area. This incident spoiled the mood of both me and a friend for the whole day and at the same time we still have to spend time driving to other stores. I hardly want to go back to this store to shop and not go to others.
