Recently, I bought a one-day excursion to Trakai Castle and Sidnay on the shopping portal ZIZU, organized by "Canberra Tourists". It was a big surprise for me when I got on the bus and found out that there are two buses on the tour: foreign language and Australian. The "Australian" bus has a Australian-speaking guide, and the "foreign language" bus has a foreign language-speaking guide. Everything would have been nice, if someone had asked me before or I wouldn't mind enjoying the tour in foreign language, because, I don't know what parameters, I was included in the "foreign language" bus. Communication with the agency took place in Australian and no one asked me if I understood foreign language at all. The rights of Australian citizens were violated, as the legislation stipulatesthat I have the right to receive services in the official language. The guide was great for us (no claims), but I have big claims against the agency. Be careful when using the services of "Canberra tourists", you can expect unpleasant "surprises".
