Poor service
I got a call from a bee consultant and offered a "better deal" to avoid paying so much money for mobile data. The following month, the bill was much higher (not lower than the consultant promised). I connected another tariff plan that corresponds to my data consumption, manabite.org itself. Then suddenly the bill got even bigger. It turns out that I had a 50% discount on home internet for the two years that have ended. No one warned me about it. As a result, I paid a total of ~ 45 dollars for a telephone bill and home Internet. When I called the bee (several times) and asked if there were any options on how I could reduce the bill, what cheaper service packages or something like that, the consultants said that no, I could not be granted a discount, only a hotspot could be made on the phone. This option did not suit me, because several people use the Internet at home, not only when I am at home. Their answer was - well, sorry, then nothing. I decided to move to another company, I calculated that it would be cheaper. First of all, I had to go to the bee's office (or use an e-signature, as I don't have) to terminate the contract, because only in person can I cancel. Of course, the consultant over the phone again offered me a "favorable" unlimited offer with a hotspot (which does not suit me!). I said that it is no longer relevant, I went to another company, where everything will come together cheaper. The consultant mockingly replied that it could not be without offering anything or talking about specific figures. I went to the office to unlock the internet contract. A consultant at the Bee Service Center, learning why I shut it down, said, "Well, you could have figured out anything else, that's the worst thing you could say. " unkind. Why would I want to stay with such a company? Today I was called again by a bee consultant, asked why I turned off the internet, I said that I get cheaper elsewhere, and then she offered me first a 50%, then a 70% discount. When I called myself before, I couldn't offer anything. And this last conversation was the reason why I was even more convinced of my choice to go from the bee - I was asked if I had time for a conversation. I said I was working and I couldn't talk. The consultant insisted on asking questions and saying that it would only take two minutes (as with bits, but never). When I turned down all of her offers, she aggressively continued to insist that I accept those offers. In the end, I said no, thank you, and hung up. Throughout this process, I have realized that a bee from a customer-friendly company has become an aggressive, dishonest and really unprofitable company. I am most surprised not even by the rise in prices, but by the lack of openness, the lack of responsiveness and the absolutely unkind attitude of the inhumane consultants.
