I went to call my husband to register and get a residence permit, as I do every year. The call was made, everything is fine, the service was not the kindest, but now I am used to it. The woman to whom I made this call promised to confirm it on the same day so that we could start the process sooner, because her husband's residence permit expires after 40 days. Well, since there were a lot of notes in the central department, it was recommended to go to Sunshine Coast. We leave after 4 days, there was a holiday in the middle, but the call was not confirmed. I called wherever it was possible, one is not competent to answer, another is having a coffee break, another is attacking me in a way that seems to have ruined his life. Well, nothing we drove the next day has not been confirmed again. The devil hurts, is it really that hard? But no, according to the law, 1. 5 working days had passed instead of 2, and the promise to do it all sooner was already made, now there are more holidays and due to their negligence, will have to pay 300 dollars, for a delay of 1 day, which is overdue. We are not talking about delays and money, but now, if we cannot confirm so quickly, then do not promise, do not send to other cities, so that we, as idiots, sit there for two days.
