The instructor seemed to have his mind on something else when he was speaking. He was skipping pages in the manual that was being used. I agree with the other comment I read from someone else, who had attended a training session, too many jokes during a class that is meant to save someone's life. Very unprofessional.... Read more➤

Unprofessional presentation

The instructor made too many jokes during the training. He swore all the way through the training. When people asked questions during the training, the instructor couldn't always answer them.
