The most flagrant issue with this contractor were Bait & Switch routine. This guy sent picture of a color & quality concrete block material to refinish front stair. Telstra Mobile Internet is useless. When I took it for testing then everything was fine. Problems began after the contract was signed. Sometimes even a few days in a row there is no way to access the Internet, do not know the boxes are - no zone or no signal strength. But this is not my business. Only the service does not correspond to the price, I know how to ask for their money. I recommend my friends and acquaintances not to join Telstra. Only naked advertising, without cover.
