Poor service
I signed up for dry cleaning of the car interior on October 16, 2020 (car bmw 3 series). The next day in the morning I received a car - in general, cleaning was mediocre for a service fee of 80 AUD. The luggage compartment of the cabin was not blown out, which was quickly blown out on my instructions, but in the following days I noticed that the bardachok had not been blown out either. Overall rating - is cleared by ticking without increased interest in higher quality of service. With dry cleaning everything is clear, not bad at all, but for 80 AU$ it could be better, but the story did not end there. The moment I take the car out of the dry cleaning, I notice that the car key is hard to feel in place, but at first I thought that maybe I put it wrong myself, but when I stop I realize that the key is difficult to take out. Somehow I removed the key and realized that the cover was broken for the lock (picture attached). Since such a defect was not a call back to the cabin before the dry cleaning of the cabin, its manager is responsible and says to drive back to the masters who cleaned, so I do. We talk to the master that there can be everything - the key is worn out, at the wrong moment it happened, etc. TT, which I understand, but does not change the fact that it happened right after their service. Since my car needed to polish the headlights, I try to reach a compromise - to provide me with free headlight polishing or at least a discount of 5-10 dollars at the company's net cost, which is a small thing compared to changing the lock (100-150 dollars). I call the head of the company and tell me my offer. The head of the company promises to talk to the master,who did the chemical and call me back tomorrow. But unfortunately today is 04. 11. 2020 and I still haven't received the call... Reading other complaints, I understand that I am not the only one who has not received the promised call from the head of the company. With all of the above in mind, understand for yourself that behind this acclaimed facebook, this company is not so shiny and customer-oriented.
