Have currently been able to access via Meredith Digital app the 1 year free Cosmo digital subscription that I was entitled to receive. Subscription start was delayed too long despite several requests to Cosmo Cust. Svs. to fix problem. Finally, after two more attempts, including using “pissed customer” intervention, the problem was suddenly “mysteriosly” resolved! THANK YOU.
Ordered digital subscription from Cosmo. After two months subscription did not begin. Left some complaint emails. Only after phoning and speaking with a rep was digital subscription commenced. Hopefully digital subscription will continue from now on monthly without problems. Cosmo is a fun mag to read and enjoy. User’s recommendation: Subscribe to Cosmo. I feel print mags...

Hello, I received a cosmopolitan magazine in the mail two days ago and don’t recall signing up for it. I looked at my bank account and it shows $35 was taken out for ‘Cosmo’ I am demanding a refund and to be taken off the distribution list. Please contact me ASAP.
