Telstra Mobile Internet. LOGGED IN? THEN FOR LIFE!

An interesting customer service and deception policy. At the beginning of July, it had been 2 years since I had signed a contract with Telstra for mobile internet services, which also included tel No. , modem. The term of the contract was -2 years. Since I did not want to continue using this service, which in my case was especially unprofitable (19, 48 Ls), an outdated tariff, which no one offered me to change to cheaper and more profitable, I wanted to know about the logical extension of the contract by Telstra. Needless to say, I called BEFORE the end of the contract, where I was told that I had called too late that the invoice for the next month with the first date had already been prepared, so the contract was automatically extended, although I was not informed, in the previous contract. NOTHING is stipulated for this, and I do not have access to the new contract. According to the information available on the invoices, which shows - Invoice NO for PERIOD (which is the previous month), I object that the invoice is paid for the previous month, because the service they offer is NOT treated as prepayment, to which I was told that I pay a month in advance. for a data plan. (Logically, this means a mobile internet data plan). And again, there is a contradiction, because the invoice for the PERIOD of the previous month shows a detailed list of the amount consumed on the Internet - by each day of the previous month. The conclusion is quite simple - Telstra are fraudsters who do not support their customers and are welcoming, but they also feed on a dead fish for every power!
