The e-store is under every criticism. When you enter the gift card code and pin, nothing works - notice that the code entry failed. Even by calling the e-shop, nothing is technically solved. You can use the gift card only in the store, distance shopping is not possible. The website is very, very slow. Such a service is not acceptable to Douglas, who is eligible for beauty store status. I will no longer buy, nor do I recommend others to buy gift cards in this store!
