Poor service
Very disappointed in Kukotava, which was very well thought out before. I had tasted their delicacies at various events, so I was happy to buy Citylife coupons - an opportunity to taste dessert and coffee in Kukotava. I had a girlfriend who lives outside Melbourne and doesn't come here every day, and we went to a cafe with my child. It was an unpleasant surprise when the guy announced - sorry, there are no more desserts today. Come with your coupons another time. I explained that my girlfriend is not from Melbourne, that it is difficult for us to get replaced with something else. The guy says - it's a special dessert, we can not give another, today there were already 30 with coupons, we can not predict how much will be. We were very disappointed.
