Poor service, delivery of the wrong product, no refund for delivery
I placed an order online - I ordered a sofa, paid the bill for the sofa and delivery, but on the day of delivery a sofa of another color was brought, needless to say that it did not suit us - we did not accept the product and sent it back. As it was not possible to receive our chosen product within a reasonable time, we chose to receive a refund. After writing several applications, waiting and reminding me, I received a refund for the sofa, but no for delivery. Which is contrary to CRPC rules! A very unpleasant attitude from the company - money is not going to be returned for delivery, although I do not fully see the reason why I should suffer losses due to their mistake. I don't recommend!
