Appropriation of translators
One of the "sheep" writes. But, call me a cruel sheep. In February, I enjoyed the joy of translation, in March, the waiting holiday, the misunderstanding in early April and the sense of de ja vu of the early 90's, and (bingo!) Now the cruel sheep syndrome. If the client does not abusively pay for one or two freelance interpreters, then it could be recognized as an unfair commercial practice (Section 211 of the Criminal Law). However, in our case, Bt officials and employees are held liable under Article 177 of the Criminal Law - for acquiring foreign property or the right to such property by abusing trust or by fraud (fraud). Bt has appropriated (hijacked) the work created by an outsourced interpreter and sold it as his own service without paying the owners of the work,or by paying for part of this work. This practice of Bt has been practiced for a long time, intentionally, and has caused damage to many interpreters. I want to find out exactly how much and to what extent the damage was done with the help of all the cheated interpreters, because I am preparing an application to the police for the initiation of criminal proceedings.
