I call three days in a row and ask when I will finally pick up my shipment. It's been 10 days since the shipment was created. Every time I call, they say when to pass on the information and call me. On the third day when I told me I already had this answer that I would be contacted the previous two days the operator just dropped the handset. I speak in a normal tone and language. This is the second time I have been in contact with itelia and the first time about a year ago a shipment that I had intended was not delivered and sent back to the supplier. Just something out of touch.
