Low quality product, unresponsive service
One fine day in Bite center I bought a Blaster2 phone without any prior research, purely relying on the fact that even the price was relatively low (around 160 dollars), the functions of the device should work. Otherwise, such features would not be posted and promoted. I soon had to regret the relatively spontaneous decision, because there is no navigation on the phone. There are cards that sometimes show where you are and sometimes you are somewhere else, a game of chance. The phone heats up so that it cannot be picked up, especially when charging. Does not suddenly charge at the charger. Take it to the service, replace the battery, fix the port. After a while the problems are the same. The phone charges for more than 8 hours, heats up, shuts off for no reason, 0 navigation, programs hang regularly. I go to the service.They pick up the phone and say they will look, but they are not to blame and say that even if there is a problem I have the warranty canceled in some way due to a cracked screen (the screen is my fault). I've been using the phone for almost half a year and I can safely say that I haven't had a worse phone. Of course it's my fault. If I had been interested in this just5 output more, I wouldn't have taken it because the reviews are bad, of course not for everyone but for most of me. So I urge you not to buy just5 phones, because you will soon have to regret it. I will definitely not buy anything from their company's products
