Poor craftsmanship and possibly material

Where they stitch the leather to the rubber.It’s separated it appears the Rubber tore free from the lower Half of the boot. Poorly made boots

My mother in law bought these boots for me a couple of years ago. I loved them! Only wore them a handful of times and they began falling apart. The rubber fell off the boots. Now they are in pieces!
