There Was a review of a customer with the same problem. The pool leaking from the window. He stated something about straps at top an bottom to take pressure of windows along with pl marine grade silicone to put around window. I needed to see the review for details so I may fix ours.

Call three times got three different operators none of them could hear me I could just barely hear them customer service is terrible I have a Coleman propane lantern that the valves are defective on and caught a fire purchased two lanterns both valves leak gas and caught a fire
