Buys currently disabled on my account

Im still unable to use my account!!!! This is so frustrating to me and my fiancé!! Weve always used Coinbase to buy and trade Bitcoin. Weve never had a problem until we decided to invest more money. This is totally unacceptable to us. WE NEED ACCESS TO THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!

A very destructive ad on TV for sugar in a green bottle. Definitely will not buy or drink. I also don't like similar drinks from the company's. I don't think a person marketing these ads is constructive.
