Missing shipment

Missing shipment with code cf023900798ee. Sent from Launceston to Madona. 12/08/2020 No one answers the call to the FedEx service center for 20 minutes in standby mode. I did not reply to the email I sent. I am very disappointed with this company. I do not recommend to anyone. PS There have been problems in the past as well. The product has arrived. Apparently the sachets are tossed
