I was shocked! I went to this institution, if it can call him. Located in the open, in a good area, everything seemed normal. Until I am asked to pay in advance, without paperwork, asking that way, I am told that they have high taxes. I was amazed at such openness, I realized that I did not want to learn any corner office that does not even pay taxes and literally spits in the face of its customers and the country as a whole. I would definitely recommend everyone to think twice - study at home, take a tutor or take some kind of advice that is not worth 85 dollars / hour!
