We recently bought vehicles from A dealer who told us false information and gave us false understanding our cars were under warranty. I bought a new 2021 car and within 8 days the vehicle had broken down and sprayed coolant on my wife while driving. Misleading patients, poor service
In October, I received information about the doctor I needed and the pricing on the DiaMed website. I applied for the visit by phone. When visiting the doctor's clinic, I was charged a higher fee than the price list published on the Internet. I drew the attention of the clinic employee to this fact, who, however, issued a check for the largest amount and explained that the old prices still remained on the Internet. Promised to revise and correct the price list. Last week I called my child for a phone call. I was given the price of a visit of AU$ 36, which also corresponds to the price of the consultation of an invasive radiologist, which is still published on the website. Yesterday, when I came to the doctor, I was again confronted with the fact that the consultation costs AU$ 40 instead of AU$ 36. I have asked several times why a different price is mentioned over the phone, which corresponds to the publicly available price, but the clinic charges a higher fee. The employee ignored the questions and issued a check for a larger amount without explaining anything. Next to her sat another employee who had previously promised to put the price list in order, but she pretended not to hear our conversation at all. Both such communication and distortion of information are completely inadequate. In essence, this is misleading consumers, which is an administratively punishable act. A company that cares about its reputation and respects its customers would have apologized for a fee that is publicly available and then made changes immediately. In this case, nothing has been done for more than 3 weeks and I, as a customer, are repeatedly cheated. People - be careful and consider whether you need such DiaMed surprises or better to go elsewhere, as I will in the future.
