Sat on hold forever n then told can’t do until after 4 and then get to sit on hold until you close

Want to cancel subscription please! No problem signing up but trying to talk to anyone after that, forget it. You are in the endless cycle of holding and when you get someone they cant help you so they tell you to call back after 4 pm and they close at 5 User’s recommendation: Don’t.
