Online ap used 4/30/21 but payment not reflected until 5/5/21 ap took principal pmt on 4/30 then had to log back in for regular pmt. Due to their default setting and system error pulling funds from many banks posted pmt on 5/5/21. Not legal. find a bbetter bankfind
The customer service is horrible! You have many disrespectful and lazy customer service employees! Nothing has been resolved. They tell you one thing and do another. Just lies!
