I didn’t receive my product and before my trial period was over I was already charged fior a new month

They charge you monthly before your trial has ended, and you cannot reach them by phone. I never received my product, and within a week I was being charged $27.95 for a new month. Package delayed then lost

Package was delayed 2 weeks then delivered to wrong address no resolution as of yet but cannot contact a live person via telephone. Not good so far User’s recommendation: If you can get the product I’m sure it’s good need to improve on customer service.
