If you want to receive the ordered product on time, do not enter with this "sharashkin office". The advance invoice is issued quickly. When the advance is received for the customer at all forget. I ordered the goods from them, according to the advance payment the company undertook to deliver it within 14 days. When I called 15 days later, I was told that the car had not arrived yet, it would be only next week. A week passed, neither the goods nor any news from the company. I called again - the answer is the same - the car will be next week. In order to receive a refund of the paid advance, a written application was requested stating that for some reason I refuse their services. I haven't received a refund yet, although they received an application last week.
