Unimaginably bad new service order.
The new changes in communication with Australian Post Chapter 4 have become fantastically complicated. My problem. Every few months I need to buy 1000 stamps worth 500. 0 dollars to the organization. Once upon a time, it was easy to do - I called the 4th Post Office, received an invoice and we were delivered stamps. Now my call to the 4th post office goes to the centralized mail switch, there I wait an infinitely long time for a connection, I listen to the auto chatter when I finally connect, the staff starts replaying each other, after 5 redirects I am returned to the first connection and I am called to call again, but to the same no where I already call. This result is already the 2nd day in a row. The next calls should be made with the participation of taboo-free journalists. It will be fun for everyone. Normunds
