PROVIDER CONTRACTING

I have been contacting your provider enrollment department since July to obtain a contract for 2 providers I am working with, both of which are already credentialed. Dental claims

These are the most incompetent claims representatives ever. I have been doing Dental Insurance for 35 plus years. They had my original claim sitting in an inbox for 2 months. Denial of medical test

Cigna use a third party to screen approval of medical test procedures. When it come to MRI they denied to customer to use MRI test procedures please if you have other option at enrollment never make the mistake to choose signs worse provider. User’s recommendation: Worse medical insurance provider’s.
