Poor delivery service
I ordered the product on Thursday by 12 noon. During the order, it was written that I would be able to receive the product on Friday after 1 pm in the LP department, which of course I also invoiced, because the product was sent as a gift on the relevant date. The product was not delivered on Friday or Saturday! I called the online store on Saturday to find out where the product was ordered and if it is possible to pick it up if it is not delivered to the LP department today? To which I received an answer that they do not know why there was such a delay with the product, the product is located at the sorting point, from where it will be sent to LP to the department of my choice, so I will be able to receive the product ONLY next week on the working day... Very unpleasant situation, because I really counted on the delivery time! It would not be a problem if I had written a longer delivery time, I would choose to receive the product in the store or another method of delivery! I recommend that you take into account that the delivery may be Abbyficantly delayed (in my case at least 3 days)! I think that next time, especially if the delivery time is just as important, I will definitely choose another store! Very disappointed, it ruined another person's birthday a lot, because he didn't expect a gift either!
