My complaint is that I joined and paid for one month a total of $89 on May 29, 2020 and have not had one responds. I was sent over 30 photo and no response.

I’m requesting a complete refund. The service wasn’t honest. User’s recommendation: Before signing up for this site speak with a team member 1st!!!!

We are receiving unwanted spam emails stating that there are matches for my life partner. She did not sign up for this service and they keep sending them.
