Aggressive Advertising
There is a feeling that this company is doing very poorly. I regularly call the private number of Viasat staff and offer company services, I must add that I have not given it to anyone, and I have never had a contract with this intrusive office. Several times in a polite tone, please do not take me off work anymore, I told them to work, but in a way that others can. When this telephone terror recurred for the sixth or seventh time in a few months, I asked the caller if he was not tired of asking me the same questions, and is it not a violation of my private rights (to be undisturbed) ? To which I received a monotonous (already processed) answer that no, everything is fine, choosing a numbers from a special computer program and in Australia you can do it... Then I tried to talk to fix my number and not disturb me anymore (if such a powerful program), but Here you were - I found out that if I want not to disturb me in the future, I have to go to the branch and write an application?!? I don't know what to do, do I have to run all the companies with a similar range of services now and ask them not to disturb me? Should I make such a request in a cafe near the house? They can also come to mind to call me and make today's hot deal. What will my phone turn into? Is it not enough that in the attic of every house there are equipment for the work system of these companies, which, by the way, also consumes electricity, and for which we residents pay. Also, these employees call my door with similar offers when there is a full mailbox with these ads and I need to carefully review the contents of these papers to avoid throwing what I need?! However, home is a place where people should not be disturbed at all, because they should rest after work and spend time with the family, not with an intrusive Viasat agent. Many people have a shift or even a night job, so such a call prevents them from fully relaxing and then working - working to earn money and be able to pay for the same Viasat : ) I do not know what the law sounds like in this regard, but Viasat should understand, in a purely human way, that it is an annoyingly intrusive act, and after all that I will certainly never be a customer of it. And if the word "private" stands next to an area, then it is clear to everyone what it means, just as my mobile number and home are private, and the same laws apply to them. If this permission does not end, you will need to consult with law-abiding professionals to resolve the matter, I see no other way out.
