Power out need a refund

The location on Erie Blvd in Dewitt NY lost power and I ordered online to pickup at the store. I will need a refund I never received my order. They guided my to chipotle.com but didnt see where I would request a refund. Thank you Christine

Terrible and late service

The restaurant was supposed to open at 10:45. I did not get served until 11:05.The restaurant was unsanitary. The store manager pants were hanging of his waste.
