Has DC landed?
I've been a regular customer of DC since opening this restaurant chain, but with something I had to enjoy in DC yesterday Manhattan, I met for the first time. So it had been said that I hadn't been with my spouse in DC for several months and we decided to go to one of the DCs on March 8. Trusting the DC standard, this time we decided in favor of the DC shopping center Melbourne Mall near Mukusala circle. It was still relatively bright on arrival, so we chose a table by the window. We placed an order. Since it included 2 salads, we also wanted to order a bottle of wine for a special price. An advertisement outside DC announced the possibility of buying a bottle of wine at a special price, ordering 2 main courses, a salad or pasta. We had used this opportunity in other DCs before. Unfortunately, after a while, the waitress returned to us with an apology that such an offer is valid only when ordering main courses (?) The waitress brought the ordered salad, which was difficult to name as such, because the contents of the plate are more like the incomplete salad ingredients stacked in a pile. Twilight outside, the side of my desk grew darker and darker until I sank into such darkness that I got to eat on a plate. I may have looked like a total piglet from the side, but nan has vision problems that cause me not to see in low light. So far in the DCs visited with lighting, everything has been fine. Why then is DC Manhattan so? After torturing the salad, we waited for pancakes for half an hour. Pancakes in DC have always been very tasty, and the current offer of pancakes was also one of the reasons why we chose to go to DC. The waitress apologized for the long waiting time, but instead of the expected slightly puffy delicious yeast pancake, which I had enjoyed in other DCs, I got something greased and piled up in an incomprehensible formation, in which there was no news of puffiness... We left Manhattan with great disappointment and a sense of spoiled evening. Is DC really that landed? And does DC management really think that apologizing in one show is enough to cover up other quality of service issues? DC's website doesn't even have room for reviews anymore, or are there so many bad reviews that it's a shame to publish them on your website? Sorry, DC, your brand is losing its luster!
