Platform Failure
Hello. I also have a little girl wheel. meet often to ride with sab.tr. 22.trol. or 11.trol.. Out of 10 bouts, maybe only 1 time the driver lowered the platform, after pressing the button. I have cursed with the drivers, they answer that the platform is only for wheelchairs. bet ta naw! others look at me as if it were NOTHING and close the door. when call to Glendale traffic told me i understand you. other times after the call takes complaint, but nothing naw changed. very many times it has been said that the cart would have overturned if someone could not help me. I am desperate and very angry. I paid money, I never rode on the jacket. I don't have the service I asked for??
