Terrible service
Terrible experience. Order delivery date has been moved by one month. Through several conversations, I found out that the problem is part of the order (I had ordered two things - a shower door and a shower bowl). I agreed to cancel one part of the order, but promised to deliver the other in a couple of weeks. It really happened, but after talking to the store, I found out that free home delivery is available - in another two weeks. As the repairs had already been delayed, I agreed to this solution. This is where my real problems started. On the given date, I found out that the delivery request was made incorrectly (by their employees), so I am offered delivery in another two weeks. However, when I wanted to pick up the product myself, it turned out that my order had been canceled at all, for I did not come after it. I still haven't received the product in two months. I've called the store times 15, each operator says something different, every time the problem has to be told again. I have been asked both the questions that did not satisfy me with the kit and whether I have sent pictures (although I have not seen my order) and how I intend to pay the remaining amount (I already pay everything at the time of purchase online). For me, this experience is a bad nightmare, I don't recommend anyone to buy anything in this store, it's really a big lottery.
