No refund for a trip cancellation due to government travel ban

$1250 US lost – bought tickets online well before corona virus, paid for insurance which covers 10k. told by their insurance carrier we are not covered for anything related to a virus – even though it’s not in the contract. lady on phone said if it doesn’t mention something on the contract it doesn’t cover it. wow... I’m about to Plunge the scissors into my neck.

Terrible Outfit! I’ve been trying to change my flight for 2 days. Nobody answers the phones. In total I have been on hold for 4 hours and 33 minutes. I have called the 888 number and the regular number. Nothing! I’M LOSING THE WILL TO LIVE. User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
