Speed of service, attitude towards customers
I pay especially for the services of this EXPRESS mail (because, the company from as a picky product, I was immediately told that it will be by courier only on Monday 03. 11. 2008) to receive your shipment on 31. 10. 2008.. But with the "fast" deliveries of this EXPRESS mail I will be able to receive only 04. 11. 2008! Very cool!
