Fraud

LLC Toncis, an online store bitshop.ca, likes fraudulent activities. I bought an expensive laptop, but found that there is a defect, they make you use it at all costs, but I did not agree and sent them back with all the necessary documents within 12 days, but they do not fully respond, no money in the account, no call, no writing, 1 month passed.
