Inadequate drivers

Board no. 74679 route No. and direction: 13. Babute Station - Kleisti - Goods 2 time 23: 00 and 23: 07 date 25.04.2019 the bus stopped at the client's street and opened only the second door, although at the first floor there were a lot of people who are foreigners and considered that they did not know that to open the door they had to force (which, by the way, not all buses have to do to enter). When people realized that the second door was open and the first door would not be open, everyone went to the open door, which was now closed to the naked eye. When the driver was asked why he closed the door, the driver replied that he was not obliged to stand and wait that long (I would add that when closing the door, the driver closed the door). he drove about 5m ahead and stood at a red light (I don't see why he couldn't dedicate this time to boarding). At the stop of Siegfred Anna Meierovica Boulevard, the aforementioned bus driver only opened the second door, although I was standing at the first door (I stopped at the door early), already at the door . I wait a few seconds, and when the driver is about to close the second door, I ask if it would be possible to open the door at which floor. I get a furious look, but the door still opens. It would have pushed a button, but it wasn't there. I apologize if the harassment is unreasonable, but if there is no boarding or disembarkation at the front door, it should be indicated in some visible way so that people do not misunderstand. I understand it's late, but I don't think passengers are to blame for having to work so late.
