Service

Please never order NEKO from this company, the name service is a foreign word to them! We ordered a hallway, which after the first promise had to be already on 21. 12. , After 4 times of relocation (not completed, the car is delayed, not manufactured), currently the promise is on 15. 02. , Which is 2 months later than promised! Please note that no one even reacts or responds to complaints and inquiries about order cancellations! Deadlines are delayed, delayed, operators lie and no one even thinks to call and warn about any changes! Terrible experience!
