How fast I came and how fast I left! I would not recommend this "salon" to any Self-Respecting Woman! I found myself in a situation where a long-time master could not accept me by appointment, so I was urgently looking for an opportunity to do a manicure. "Snuggling" - express manicure, the home page of this salon was in the front lines, without researching much (my big mistake), I signed up! Coming to this place (I will not go into the description of this place, in short ukIS), the master, noticing the gel coating, put on the foil and tried to scrape it ("professional"), realizing that it was a gel, began to be horrified by the other manicure in the room. give her a manicure machine, which she rejected, saying that she did not know and would not do so, followed by a call to the person in charge, possiblyto the owner of this place, outraged that it is a gel and she cannot do it in such a period of time. During the conversation, the boss tried to find solutions, asking if the other manicure would be able to do it, to which she replied that she would remove it with the machine, but the manicure I had signed up to do the manicure itself when the conversation ended, the other manicure refused to push the manicure., with which I had a note. Looking at all this, I was shocked, I could not believe that it is the norm in this place to perform manicure of the machine for non-certified, untrained staff. Of course, expressing outrage that a master who does not know how to handle a manicure machine will not let go of his hands! In the end, that I was offended that I had a gel (although I had said in the sign-up that I had to remove the old coating and even sent the picture) and that she could take it offbut she doesn't have time to do a manicure and a dressing for her! All this "concert" ended with me getting up and leaving, of course without receiving the service! Please, Dear, Self-Respectful Women, do not make my mistake, but research and read reviews of beauty institutions before visiting them, let us not allow anyone to undermine our health and beauty! Advice to owner (s), talk to staff about customer treatment and courtesy. Remember that staff is not concerned with the development and growth of your business, you are responsible for it!
