Lost all scanned channels

My channel master dvr on a new tv q-led tcl and when I press guide it mutes the sound and no volume button does not work and sometime the tv shuts off when I turn it off.

I need help to set this up on my new tcl q-led tv do not know when I press the guide button it mutes and when I press guide button again it is okay. my name is Kevin Spicer call me at 937-415-**** User’s recommendation: need help on what to do?

Can’t call Channel Master and get support

Channel Master gives telephone support only with an appointment. They call the customer at their convenience. I have the problem NOW and can’t sit at home waiting for their call. Very poor support system. User’s recommendation: Provide ditect telephone support. They help when I call for it.

I don’t think my antennas working right

I purchased a Channel Master 3020 and I’m getting weaker channels but not some channels that should be stronger than them and I just think it’s kind of weird didn’t know if I hook something up wrong
