Warranty Service
I had a problem with my computer screen. Before that, I was very satisfied with the service I took to them. I was very surprised that suddenly they wanted to pay me a 430 USD bill. Of course I went to find out what happened. It turns out that it was my fault: it was frozen, etc. Of course I refused the repair and they still asked for money for diagnostics. I then gave it to a computer technician and he said that it was complete nonsense and that they had not performed any diagnostics. And yesterday, talking to a friend, he told me that he had been told the same thing. So I am very disappointed with the service. All they had to do was replace the motherboard. And I'm not particularly happy with the way they treat the customer.If they continue, they will lose customers.
