Poor service
Reason for complaint - viasat does not respond to @mail and does not resolve to decode. In early June, viasat replaced the previous decoder with a new tvplay decoder. However, it does not work well: it often does not turn off with the remote control, and if you watch TV for a long time, it does not turn on with the remote control. Then we unplug it and turn it on again for a while, it shows that charging is in progress. We believe that the decoder is damaged or of poor quality. I have been sending viasatam @pastus for a month.
