Declining to cash my checks at walmart

They denied my check from being cashed from my life insurance company. The proceeds that are owed to be after paying the funeral expenses.

I was not writing a check from my personal account. Therefore, my personal information should not have been used to determine the outcome of cashing the check. I was denied on 12/28/2020 at Walmart for cashing a check from Senior Life for 4556.30. This is against the law. I have never had this experience nor has the... Read more➤

Denied check

I hate certegy. Took me over 20 phone calls to FINALLY get a real human. Theyre saying my ID is invalid or my birthdate is wrong at Walmart. Ive looked into both of those things and neither of those are the issue. User’s recommendation: Be prepared to get a headache if you deal w this complaint.
