Additional warranties for defects in workmanship.
Hello. I would like to share my experience with a top-shop company. I bought a navigator lift-away vacuum cleaner with them, for which the operator offered to buy an additional 5-year warranty, which I also use, because the promise that the product is very good and in case what happens to this product will be exchanged. After 2 years, the corrugated tube began to rupture, the trail was an additional guarantee, contacted them and sent away for warranty repairs, and my mother had also broken this vacuum cleaner faster than me, because she had bought it sooner. He called the top-shop and asked for details or could not buy because his warranty had expired, replied that they did not have the details and that they no longer produce such dust. If rarely used this vacuum cleaner will last a long time, but the trail I use day in and day out, then they burst right after 2 years and mom was the same. How can it not be the manufacturer's moment if already 2 vacuum cleaners broke up immediately after 2 years? I told them the trail they don't want to change them in case of a rupture of these corrugated tubes I sent back because I have a 5 year warranty certificate to which I get the following answer: YES In your case, the tube is manually damaged, not an industrial mark. It was also explained to you several times. The fact that this time we are preventing damage to the tube at our own expense is an expression of the company's goodwill, not a guarantee case. After this answer comes to mind that there is natural wear and tear, but of course we use everything we buy instead of looking at it. I will definitely not buy anything from this company and will not recommend it to others.
