UNFAIR PRICE POLICY

I bought a 110.shop steam boiler and several other products. First I chose to receive the goods in their own office, but even in this case it could be done only after 6 days. On the third day after ordering, I received a call from 110.shop and they inform me that the steam boiler is 15 dollars more expensive. And this is related to the changeover to the USD. How exactly can the changeover to the USD raise the price by 15 dollars I am interested in? Terrible service, never to use again. Plus there are regular spam emails and sms about their super perfume discounts, which are actually there all the time.
